Making a privacy complaint
If you believe we have not handled your personal information properly, you may:

If making a privacy complaint directly with us, please state that you are making a privacy complaint and describe what happened, when this happened, and what you are seeking as an outcome. Alternatively, you may contact the OIC. - If you have made a privacy complaint directly to us, wait for our response to your privacy complaint. We will acknowledge your privacy complaint and then provide a response or direct you to the OIC, if required.
- If you are not satisfied with our response to your privacy complaint, you may then contact the OIC to lodge a privacy complaint.
If you have raised a concern with us about a privacy concern as part of a complaint, you will not need to contact the OIC separately, as we can refer your privacy concerns directly to the OIC. Please remember to keep a copy of your original complaint and any correspondence in case they are needed.
